Our project management approach is founded on Prince2, combined with Agile, to deliver a staged, milestone-based approach, with the proven flexibility of Agile within this staged Project Management framework. We insert proven frameworks from Application Development Methods and Business Change Management that allows us to rapidly engage with Stakeholders and prioritise what key activities must be completed by the Project to provide greater levels of certainty of the outcomes as we close out projects to business as usual activities.
